'SKSE64 Loader couldn't find skyrimse.exe' My friend gifted me Special Edition, so, being as I'm used to modding in Oldrim, I tried to set up the whole SKSE64 deal, following the instructions to the letter. I tried to day. Couldn't find tesv.exe was the response. I checked today the download was at.10 (?) it worked like it was going to load at first. But i got no bethesda load screen. Only the cursor loading bar. Then nothing. Okay, so I cannot install it. Every time I open the.exe it says 'Couldn't find TESV.exe' Is there something I'm missing? I'm trying to get TESVAL to work, but all there is in that download is a dinput8.dll program in it.
A week ago SKSE was working fine. I was running SKY UI and Better Map with Roads-All Roads. Then Do to some system issues, I had to uninstall steam and all my steam games. When I redownloaded and tried to run SKSE, I got the 'couldn't find TESV.exe' message.

So I decided to start all over again with SKSE as well. I wiped it off the system and downloaded fresh. I followed the installation instructions to the letter as given in the official SKSE installation video on youtube. (link below) this is the exact same setup that I used a week ago with no problems.

YES, SKSE loader is in the main folder and not the data folder. I've attached a picture of my Skyrim folder

This is background information, my current problem is below

(Heads up, I have the computer literacy of an average 12 year old). So, I downloaded Nexus mod manager, which I can only run in administrator mode for some reason. Then I downloaded SKSE via Steam. The shortcut for this just opened Skyrim so I just followed this video using 7zip instead of winrar. I have the 15.06 beta version of 7zip (64-bit x64) from this site FWIW.
Now my problem.

So the issue here is that the shortcut opens a black box that says 'couldn't find TESV.exe.' so I went to this forum and tried their suggestions but they did not work, I also can't find the 'target' tab that one person on that site is suggesting.
